Wear2go will typically be delivered in 2 working days in Italy and abroad within 3 working days for orders placed Monday to Friday before 4:30 pm.
For some products, such as perfumes and luggage, delivery will be made within 5 working days in Italy and abroad. The different delivery times of items are always indicated in the product description.
Business days are from Monday to Friday except holidays.
For logistical needs of the courier, delivery in Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia and islands may take an extra day.
Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday during work hours.
In the event of unavailability of the addresses, a notice will be left in your mailbox and you will need to contact the courier in order for the delivery to be carried out again without any additional shipping charges. After the third unsuccessfully delivery attempt, the product ordered will be sent back to the warehouse Wear2go and must be requested by the purchaser a new shipment, the cost of which will be paid by the purchaser.

Wear2go delivery in Italy (except Livigno and Campione d'Italy), the European Community and Switzerland and in all the World.
No deliveries are made in PO.box Post.
In case the delivery is requested to an address at which Wear2go does not deliver, the order will be automatically canceled.
The cost of shipping is 7.50 € in Italy and 12.50 € for European Community and Switzerland and € 24 for the rest of the World.
In case of return and / or exchange the cost of shipping will be refunded and the cost of the return and / or exchange rate will be charged to the customer only, which is equal to 7.50 € in Italy and 12.50 € for European Community and Switzerland and 30 € for all the rest of World.
In the case of defective goods or goods that are different from what has been ordered the return and / or exchange is free.
For shipments out of European Community the duties are on charge of the customer.
TERMS OF MONEY
It is possible to return any item purchased on Wear2go.com giving written notification to Wear2go within 10 days from the date of delivery and returning the product to Wear2Go same to such disclosure or, at the latest, within and no later than 10 days thereafter.
To this end, simply follow the instructions below:
1. Complete and submit the online Return Form;
2. Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled) and fitted with all accessories and documentation;
3. Wear2go will send you a confirmation email containing the waybill to print and paste on the original box in order to cover the label forward.
4. Wear2go will inform the courier and contact you to agree on the date of withdrawal of the package.
5. Courier will pick up the package on the agreed date in the place where it was delivered.
6. Costs is € 7.50 in Italy and € 12.50 for European Community and Switzerland and € 24 for the rest of the World.
Wear2go only refund the items returned according to instructions. If your return does not meet the conditions set, the parcel will be returned to the sender Wear2go.
All conditions of Returns are also applied in the case of Exchange.
If you want to change the color and / or size of the product and a different color and / or size is available, you can substitute the same products at no additional cost beyond the cost of return, equal to € 7.50 in Italy and € 12.50 for European Community and Switzerland and € 24 for the rest of the World.
To this end, simply fill out the return form by selecting the "Change" and choose the new size and / or the new color from those available.
Wear2go will reserve the new product ordered and once we have just received the replacement product, it will ship the new item to the address shown for the first order, by sending an e-mail confirmation.
It is possible to replace the size and / or color of each item only once. Eventually, it will be possible to return the item received in exchange.
Even in the case of exchange, all the conditions required are the same as applied for returns.
The timing of the refund:
After the inspection and acceptance of the returned goods your refund will be provided and you will receive an email confirmation.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving notification of return. In any case, the timing of repayment may vary according to the Institute of Credit that issued the card with which you made the payment.
